Limited edition Vivendii and Off-white jersey collaboration

Off-White are known for their various collaborations, some of which include Ikea, Jimmy Choo and the latest one being with Nigerian streetwear brand Vivendii and Nike. The three companies came together to launch a three-day pop-up in order to promote Nike’s new Nigerian jersey and the BBK Africa Homecoming tour which held on Easter Monday at the Federal Palace Hotel.

The event, which was held by Boy Better Know Africa, also held a pop-up store featuring clothes from Patta, Mains, TTYA, MowalolaOff-White and What We Wear who sold alongside local brands such as Orange Culture and Waffles N Cream.

The Vivendii collaboration with Off-White and Nike consists of a football top with the two streetwear brands’ logos on the chest where you’d expect the kit sponsor’s logo to be.
There’s also a doubled-up Swoosh and a unique team crest. The top was exclusive to the pop-up and can’t be purchased anywhere else. Fans were given a unique chance to customise their jersey however they liked and take home a limited edition piece of fashion history.
Vivendii’s stand at the pop-up saw attendances by the likes of Naomi Campbell, Le Jenke, Tinie Tempah and Not3s.

Who is Vivendii?

Vivendii is a street couture brand founded by three Nigerian boys Jimmy, Tony and Ola. These 3, with initial support from the late great Franca Sozzani, met with Roberto Cavalli. Cavalli loved their energy and initied them to his show in Milan. This meeting catalysed Vivendii as we know it now.

Describing themselves as 'street couture', Modus Vivendii (which translates to 'our way of living' in Latin) is a staple on the respective London and Lagos fashion scenes and the boys believe that the brand 'bridges the gap between high fashion and street wear'.
Seen on celebrities including Tinie Tempah, Boj, Wavy the Creator and most recently Naomi Campbell, the Vivendii momentum is gathering at full speed. This Off-White collaboration and their collab with Tinie Tempah's 'Who What Wear' at Arise Fashion Week, Vivendii are fast becoming a force to be reckoned with.
