Africa Fashion Week Nigeria 2017 announces Amira Ibrahim as the face of this year's edition.
The fast rising presenter co-hosted the 2016 AFWN with Denrele Edun and has since gone on to become a red carpet favourite.
Singer Yemi Alade who debuted her HOT collection was the face of the 2016 edition held at the Eko Hotel & Suites, for the 2017 edition the premium catwalk show will be at the iconic National Theater in Lagos for the ‘Celebrating the Vibrant Pulse of Africa’ themed edition.

She was one of the presenters for the before and after party at the just concluded AMVCA 2017. Amira has hosted few red carpet events in the past including, Africa fashion week Nigeria 2016, Ethan and Harriet 2016, Lagos fashion and design week (presenter for Prime Tv), runway FADAN 2016, a judge on the miss ideal Nigeria 2016 pageant and got Glam & Essence most promising red carpet host award 2016, at the Glam & Essence style award & runway show 2016. She also did her internship at Ebonylife tv in 2016, during her master's program.
Like she better describes herself in an interview. "i am very adventurous. I dont have one particular style, because i love trying new things and exploring new clothing ideas and trends".
