A staunch favourite amongst the cool crowd, Off-White has made it's name through ready-to-wear collections and unique and innovative collaborations with brands including Nike and Jimmy Choo. This season, Virgil Abloh, the brand's Creative Director, presented his FW18 collection. Watch Off-White storm the runway in Paris.

Off-White's Virgil Abloh is a frequent creative collaborator, whose levels of hype are among the highest in the industry. The designer and all-round creative is truly a friend of all, a man with the midas touch it seems. His "The Ten" collection for Nike was nearly impossible to buy at retail, and resellers are able to flip them for thousands of dollars. Off-White's signature graphic hoodies, industrial belts, binder clip bags and "quotation mark" branding have not only become synonymous with street style and Instagram bait, but they also often sell out just days after they're stocked.

Abloh has also positioned himself as a champion of the youth, giving talks at the likes of Harvard and Columbia and preaching a DIY, sustainable lifestyle.
His FW18 collection titled "West Village" was inspired by the type of New York City modern day woman who struts around the city during the week and rides her horses in the Hamptons at the weekends. This lifestyle is likely relatable for a number of his affluent clients including his friend and the model who opened the show, Bella Hadid, who is an accomplished equestrian. The show mixed modern updates on classical, well-tailored riding style (quilted capes, tall boots, jodhpurs, slim-cut collared shirts and jackets) with slick athletic gear like skin-tight bodysuits, sporty bra tops, hot pants, anoraks and, of course, sneakers.

The whole look was an eclectic, at times muddled, mash up of everything we have come to expected from Off-White; offbeat and impossibly cool.
